The owner of the Cassano's building asked where construction equipment would enter the site and about shared curb cut maintenance. She left satisfied after learning construction traffic will use the new Miami Valley Way curb cut and that Cassano's customers can use it as an exit once complete.

The engineer for Blaze Properties said the project has been straightforward to work through with staff, they accept the approval conditions, and construction should start later in 2026.
